Brinkerhoff Bluffs is located in West Jordan at approximately 7653 South 1300 West. It is directly north of the new apartment buildings, bordered to the east and to the north by South Valley Reclamation Facility, to the west by single-family residential, and to the southeast by Gardner Village. The location provides great access to i-15, Redwood Road, Trax, and Bingham Junction corporate and retail areas.
