Owner of three Keller Williams offices which boasts over 850 Agents, Boyd is not only involved in the day to day Brokerage but also provides leadership and is a mentor to each one of these agents that he considers partners. Boyd is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has over 25 years of Real Estate experience. Boyd is also the owner and manager of several real estate holdings which include office, multifamily and vacant land assets. Boyd has sold over $500,000,000 in real estate and continues to actively pursue and represent many property owners in selling their real estate.
Realtor – Operations Manager – Land Acquisition & Development Specialist
Responsible for the management of business operations and project management. In her leadership role she supervises the activities performed in all work units within the office, including implementation of procedures/policies, contract management, and the collection, processing and reporting of statistical, financial and accounting information. Team work and Leadership are a strong suit of hers. Experience in office and small Business Management she continues to grow and improve the team.
Wearing many hats, Brooke is also our development project manager that includes taking the project from beginning to final inspections.
Professional experience includes 12 years of real estate and new construction, including Land Acquisitions for over 2,500 lots across the Wasatch Front for 3 different homebuilders. Education includes Bachelors Degree in Construction Management from UVU and licensed Realtor. Family centered with my beautiful wife Jentrey and 3 children (Tucker, Tatum, and Wren), and avid outdoorsman enjoying everything in recreational Utah lifestyle.
